The longest running (and arguably central) Chronicles of Darkness game. The Troy cell is a mix of the unaffiliated, one Compact, and two Conspiracies. They also include two Sin-Eaters and one changeling in the cell and have a stable alliance with the local werewolf pack. The "mega-cell" works to protect their hometowns of Northampton and Springfield, but ironically their successes have led them to becoming the regional powerhouse - much to their confusion.
